- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 T baking cocoa
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 T cold coffee
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas, if using frozen, thaw and drain before adding
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
