  • 1 6 ounce carton pina colada, pineapple, or other tropical fruit-flavor low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup light dairy sour cream
  • 4 cups cut-up, peeled fresh tropical fruit (such as pineapple, mango, papaya, star fruit [carambola], and/or kiwifruit)
  • 2 teaspoons snipped crystallized ginger or 1 tablespoon coconut toasted (optional)
