- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 recipe Hazelnut Mousse (recipe below)
