  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon snipped fresh thyme
  • 3 ounces goat cheese, crumbled (optional)
