  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 8 ounce carton refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed (about 1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup evaporated fat-free milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • Thin strips red sweet pepper (optional)
