  • 2 ounces dried fettuccine
  • 6 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup sugar snap peas, strings and tips removed
  • 1/2 cup carrot cut into thin bite-size strips
  • 2 green onions, bias-sliced into 1-inch pieces
