  • 4 5 - 6 ounces fresh or frozen skinless mahi mahi or grouper fillets
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup peeled and chopped mango
  • 1 cup chopped, firm ripe banana or sliced, quartered carambola (star fruit)
  • 1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons toasted coconut
  • Lime wedges (optional)
