  • 8 ounces fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons snipped fresh rosemary or 1/2 to 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 10 ounce package torn, mixed salad greens or mesclun mix
  • 8 medium radishes, sliced
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 recipe Sesame-Soy Dressing (see below)
  • Lemon wedges (optional)
