  • 1/2 15 ounce can low-sodium red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped red or green sweet pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion (1 small)
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
