Applesauce Torte
Prepare Favorite Crumb Crust for a 10' spring form pan.
Reserved cup of the crumb mixture.
Put the remaining mixture into a 10' spring form pan.
THE FILLING
Mix in a blender until smooth
3 EGGS
1 LB. VERY FRESH TOFU
1 CUP HONEY
1/4 CUP WHOLEWHEAT FLOUR
2 TBS. LEMON JUICE
2 TBS. GRATED LEMON RIND
1 TSP. CINNAMON
1/4 TSP NUTMEG
1 TSP. VANILLA
Turn into a large mixing bowl. Stir in
2 CUPS UNSWEETENED APPLESAUCE
