sliced bell pepper, sliced thinly
 
carrot, sliced thinly
 
daikon radish, sliced thinly
 
onion - cut wedges/use toothpick to skewer
 
mushrooms, chopped
 
sole, cut into small pieces
 
shrimp, cut in half along length (shell removed and deveined)
 
1 egg yolk
 
1 cup flour
 
1 cup ice water (40 F/5 c)
 
canola oil
