8 ounces skinned and boned chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1 teaspoon each cornstarch and peanut or vegetable oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
2 cups broccoli florets, blanched
Dash each salt and pepper
Sauce:
1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
1 cup water
1 packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
