1/3 cup tomato paste
3 tablespoons catsup
1/2 cup converted rice
3 tomatoes, peeled and cubed
12 green olives, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon capers
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon coriander
10 ounces frozen or fresh cleaned and deveined shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
