2 cups (500 mL) elbow macaroni
2 eggs
1 cup (250 mL) milk
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) cottage cheese
1/4 cup (60 mL) parsley or chives, chopped fine
2 tbsp (30 mL) soft butter
1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
1/2 tsp (2 mL) sweet basil or oregano
