3/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
 
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
 
Corn Pudding:
 
1 bag (20 ozs.) frozen corn, defrosted
 
2 sm. onions, quartered
 
2 clips low-fat milk
 
2 eggs, beaten
 
1 package (8 1/2 ozs.) corn muffin mix
 
1/2 tsp. salt
 
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 
1 cup thinly sliced romaine lettuce
 
1/2 cup julienne-cut rad-ishes
