3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard, spicy or dijon
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/8 teaspoon white pepper (optional)
6-8 canned artichoke hearts rinsed and drained (14-ounce can)
small head of boston or red leaf lettuce washed
1 can (6 1/2 ounces) chunk light tuna, packed in water, drained
1 tomato, cut in wedges
4 thin red onion slices, cut in half
