Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat or plain elbow macaroni
 
1 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli
 
1/4 cup margarine or butter
 
1 large onion, chopped
 
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
 
1/4 cup all purpose flour
 
Several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
 
Dash pepper
 
2 cups milk
 
1 1/2 cups cubed pasteurized process cheese spread (6 ounces)
 
3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
 
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
 
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
 
1 6 ounce container frozen Mexican style avocado dip, thawed
 
1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts (optional)
