1 cup all-purpose flour
3 large onions, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 large green peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley flakes
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 (14-ounce) cans Italian-style tomatoes, undrained and chopped
2 (10-ounce) packages frozen sliced okra, thawed
1 pound Polish sausage, sliced, cooked, and drained
1 pound crab claws
2 quarts water
4 bay leaves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons dried whole thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon dried whole basil
1/2 teaspoon ground mace
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
2 pounds medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 pound fresh crabmeat
1 (12-ounce) container fresh Standard oysters, undrained
