  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • 1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can), chopped
