  • 3-4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • Small onion, diced
  • 1 pound of cubed ham
  • 2 large carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 large carton half-and-half
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Water
  • 1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Ham Cubes, Potatoes, Carrots & Celery Are Cooked For A Couple Of Hours In Light Cream And Water; Cheddar Cheese Is Added Shortly Before Serving.
