- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 4-6 cups chicken broth or stock
- Seafood:
- 4 large fish fillets, flounder, grouper or snapper
- 4 tbsp butter, broken into pieces
- Garnish for fish:
- Salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash and garlic powder to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
