- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 10 extra large shrimp, halved lengthwise
- Cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 cups torn romaine
- 2 cups mesculin greens
- 1 cup torn red leaf lettuce
- 1/2 of a yellow bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3-4 strips bacon, crisp-cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 cup of the candied walnuts (above)
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1/2 of a pear, cut into chunks
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Dressing (as desired)
