Ingredients
- 12 oz. pasta (gemelli, penne, bowties, etc.)
- 1 T. butter
- 6 oz. ham or Canadian bacon cut into 1/2" strips
- 1/2 c. sliced green onion (may be omitted)
- 2 c. frozen peas and carrots (rinse in hot water before adding)
- 1 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
Description
Ham Or Canadian Bacon, Green Onion, Frozen Peas & Carrots, And Milk (instead Of Cream) Are Combined With Eggs, Parmesan Cheese And Cooked Pasta. This Mixture Is Heated Until The Eggs Are Just Cooked.
