- 12 oz. sour cream
- 2 cups grated Mexican cheese blend(monterey jack, cheddar, mozzarella)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp black pepper
- 10, 8" flour tortillas
- 12 oz. can or jar enchilada sauce (hot, medium or mild)
- 3 oz. can sliced ripe olives
- Salsa (any brand)
- Refried beans, guacamole and additional sour cream, if desired
Description
Flour Enchiladas Are Filled With A Mixture Of Cooked Turkey, Green Chilies, Sour Cream And Mexican-blend Cheese. They're Placed In A Baking Dish And Topped With Enchilada Sauce And Ripe Olives Before Heating.
