- 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- Enchilada sauce:
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 3 cups water
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 tsp (1 Tbsp.) chili powder
- 4 tbsp (1/4 cup) cornstarch
