  • 1 lb. fresh asparagus (tough ends snapped off), cut in 1-inch pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package (10 oz.) fresh spinach, torn in bite-size pieces
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved or sliced
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
