  • 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
  • 1 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic (about 2 cloves)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
