- 4 lamb shoulder or 8 loin chops
- 1 fennel bulb, shredded (reserve 2 tbsp fennel fronds for garnish)
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
