  • 2 cups white Riesling wine
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme
  • 4 cups cooked, white rice
  • 1/3 cup chopped, toasted hazelnuts
