- 6 oz apple juice, heated
- 8 oz unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup shredded provolone or smoked mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
