  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless, chicken tenders
  • 1 1/2 cups tortilla chips, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2/3 cup salsa ranch dressing or Southwestern ranch dressing
  • 1 (11 ounce) can golden whole kernel corn, drained
  • 6 ounces packaged shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 2/3 cup sour cream

Description

Chicken Breast Tenderloins Are Marinated In Tequila And Lime Juice, Then Cooked In A Skillet With Ranch Dressing, Corn And Mexican Cheeses. Each Serving Is Topped With Toasted Tortilla Chips, Salsa, Tomato And Sour Cream.
