- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese plus 1/4 cup grated
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp plus 3 tbsp salt
- 1 lb orzo pasta cooked per package instructions
- 3/4 cup pasta cooking water
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Zest from one lemon
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup minced flat leaf parsley
- 1 lemon quartered
