- Cilantro Mayonnaise:
- 3 Tbsp pasteurized egg yolks
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp cilantro minced
- 12 slices of sourdough bread
