- 1 cup choppen onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 chicken boullion cubes
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teasp thyme
- 1 tblsp parsley
- 1/2 tblsp basil
- 2 teasp cumin
- 1 tblsp lemon juice
- 2 tblsp bottled hot sauce
