Turkey Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of wheat bread, torn in tiny pieces.
  • 2 lbs. mushrooms sauteed in a generous amount of margarine.
  • 2 large onions finely chopped and sauteed
  • 1-2 stalks of celery finely chopped and sauteed in a generous amount of margarine
  • 1 lb. ground pork sauage, browned as directed on package.
  • Gizzards from the trukey, sauteed and chopped.
  • 1-2 cups chicken broth
