- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 links andouille sausage, sliced very thin
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions, white and green parts
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet pickles
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon or Creole mustard
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup grated pepper-jack cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives, for garnish
