  • 1 8-ounce jar strawberry jam or preserves
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 16 ounces fresh baby spinach, cleaned and trimmed
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
