- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds large shrimp
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- Metal or Bamboo skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
