19 Dinners~grilled Veggies

Ingredients

    Fresh Broccoli, 2 bunches
    Cauliflower, 1 head
    Zucchini, 1 whole
    Fresh Eggplant, 1 whole
    Sweet Onion, 1 whole
    Red Bell pepper, 1 whole
    Carrots raw, 1 cup
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomatoe sauce) 2 jars
    Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat, 2 cups
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cups shredded
    Flax Seeds, 4 Tbls
    Fresh Basil, about 10 leaves
    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, 1 box
    Italian Style Turkey Sausage-6 links squeezed out of the casing and stir fried till no longer pink

Description

This Is The Recipe For My Last Batch Of Dinners In Pint Sized Jars. This Made 11 Pint Sized Dinners Using Spagetti And 8 Lasagna Type Portions Using Veggies To Replace The Noodles.
