Ingredients

    Crust:
    1 tablespoon light butter
    4 sheets plain or honey graham crackers
    3/8 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

    Filling:
    4 ounces Neufchatel cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
    1/4 cup evaporated milk, 2%
    1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    1 egg
    1 egg white

Description

This Pie Crust Has A Crunchy Addition: Pepitas, Or Shelled Pumpkin Seeds. They Add A Nice Nutty Flavor.
