    1 can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
    2 medium carrots, shredded
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 green onion, sliced
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    hot, cooked jasmine rice
