Southern Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients

    * 1-cup self-rising flour
    * 1-cup plain bread crumbs or cornmeal
    * 1-tablespoon of old bay seasoning or season salt
    * 1/4-teaspoon cayenne pepper
    * 1-cup of nonfat buttermilk
    * 3-green tomatoes

    * Vegetable oil for frying (The amount calculated in the NI is based on how much is soaked up during the cooking process....yes, I measured :)
    * 2-tbsp vinegar added to the vegetable oil (helps keep whatever you fry from soaking up as much oil per Paula Deen...seems to work...)
