Snow Peas, 1/2 cup
Baby green beans, sliced 1 cup
Broccoli, small flowerettes, 1 cup
Crumini Mushrooms, sliced 1 cup
Carrots, sliced 1 cup
Bok choy, chopped 1 1/2cup
Add seasonings and herbs to your taste... I use
oregano, basil, marjoram adn cilantro
Cornstarch, 2 Tbs
1 cup water
Lite soy sauce, abt 3 Tbsp
2 cups brown rice,cooked per instructions on package
