2-3 pieces marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped
1/4 cup alfalfa spouts
splash balsamic vinegar

Focaccia And Ciabatta Breads Are Fairly Unhealthy, And I Don't Usually Have Them On Hand When I'm Craving A Panini. So I Substitute Toasted Whole Wheat Bread And Enjoy Every Bite Without The Guilt Of A Real Panini!!
