2 tsp splenda (sugar if you wish add calories)
1 TBSP of Olive oil
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
2 TBSP Italian Salad Dressing, diet
2 TBSP Mrs Dash I used Garlic N Onion
Dry ingredients;
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2-1/2 cups of all purpose flour

1 cup diced tomatoes w basil, garlic &
oregano (optional)
2-1/2 cups of low fat shredded cheese I used
a mix of colby & jack cheese
5 servings is 10 oz's 2 oz to a serving
smoked turkey sausage
