Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of collard greens
1 lb chicken breast, cooked & shredded (may use rotisserie chicken)
1/2 cup canola oil
1t baking soda
1t baking powder
2 t salt
4 c masa harina (omit salt & baking soda, powder if using a mix)
1 hot chile (more or less, to taste)
4 cloves fresh garlic
4 c low-sodium chicken broth
2/3 c cilantro (to taste)
