Basic Oat Pancake Starter

Ingredients

    1 1/4 C. Quaker Oats, (ground in blender)
    1 1/4 Fat Free Milk, or Soy Milk
    1/4 C. Eggbeaters
    1 T. Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 C. Whole Wheat Flour,
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla


    You can also add 1 or more of the following for flavor options:
    1 Scoop of Flavored Protein Powder
    1/2 C. Blueberries
    1/2 C. Strawberries
    1/2 C. Peaches
    1/2 C. Raspberries
    1/4 C. Craisins
    1/4 C. Dates
    1/4 C. Raisins
    1/2 C. Chocolate Chips
    1 C. Mashed Bananas
    1/2 C. Pumpkin Puree
    1/2 t. Cinnamon
