    1 Tbs chopped fresh dill
    1/2 rib celery, finely diced
    1 potato, peeled and diced
    1 carrot, peeled and diced
    1 green apple, cored and diced
    2 tomatoes, diced
    2 small zucchini, diced
    1/4 head of cauliflower, divided into florets
    1 1/2 Tbs raisins (optional)
    1 1/2 Tbs walnuts (optional)
