Ingredients

    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), 3 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoes (remove)
    Cider Vinegar, 1 cup (remove)
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 5 tbsp (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 6 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Spices to taste
    I use Basil, Garlic, Oregeno and Parsely
