    1/2 tsp rosemary- fresh chopped or dry
    2 tsp splenda brown sugar
    1 Tbsp spenda
    1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
    1/4/ tsp cayenne pepper( to taste)
    1/4 tsp pepper flakes (to taste)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 cloves minced garlic
    3Tbsp applesauce- no sugar added
    1 pkt MRS chicken bouillion
